They told me at the time of joining that if ur work will be good we will give u appraisal after 3 months but baad me appraisal ki koi baat bhi nhi karta tha... N then bosses ko sirf itna kaha ki make up room open me hai isse atleast ek curtain se cover kara do... One of my male boss in front of everyone in newsroom asked me, Tumhe kya chupana hai jo tumhe parda chahiye... I mean male bosses ko females se baat karne ki tameez bhi nhi hoti.... I finally resigned from that channel and started my jewellery business...which was my old cherished dream... So m actually thankful to those bosses because of whom I determined to start my own work & be my own boss....Mrs. Bajaj jaisa koi boss nhi mila mujhe itne saalon me... 2008 se kaam karna shuru kiya tha maine...
