Mere case mei ulta hai financially I'm sound my wife is from lower middle class background but still she often gave me gifts....doing all efforts for me and family even she is doing job and don't take money from me i thought I'm lucky in that case. Many times my stuff is expensive than her gifts but my appreciation makes her happy I never said single word about gift I just said thank you dear and smile that's it!!!! Never talk on sensative topics even normally or by taunt or any other form keep it simple your life will be much easier Once a time I want a new bike cost around 4 lakh but she said invest that money we have already good bike.....even she taught me how to spend money and how to manage!!

May be because, there will be done people who taunts the men and even his wife for taking his wife's families help. So he may think it's better not to get any kind of financial help from them. It happened in my life only. I'd asked for my father's help for some financial commitment and I'd told him that I'll return it in parts. Bud still so called family members who is called as sister taunted me about this. There will a lot of cheap minded people. Above all " life tak " never fails to blame men for all things and demean their characters as if all knowledge, manners only given by god to women😅. In a normal arguments in marital relationships wife should say those sensitive words to her husband like " insecure, efforts matter.. money doesn't matter " if it happens your own husband avoids normal conversation.
