I'm pretty sure on the recovery day map for the city there is a missile battery (don't know what it's called) on the big EUA structure to the front right of the base. It may be a prop but I don't think so.

Just some advice, the advanced auto loaders will pick up ammo from ammo makers for you so they are very worth rushing. Just found you recently and love the OIS content :)

Those cruiser cannons are not the deck guns found on cruisers. But deck guns found on battleships. Since the 406mm cannon or also known as 16inch guns are found on the Iowa class battleship.

Idk how viable it is at your stage of the game (I am pretty far behind you in story progression), but the engineer armor set lets you load 125% ammo when hand loading. It says 125% but it actually nearly doubles the capacity of each turret. Obviously you have too many turrets now to hand loading each but it might be worth seeing if it effects your auto loaders

Awesome video guy...moving forward just man those autoloaders let your torrents do the work....in the last video the left and right flanks were overwhelmed because those autoloaders needed to be refilled every two minutes. lastly let everything target all enemy units just at different priorities one well placed artillery shell could wipe out entire flank don't worry about the ammo just man those autoloaders

Ahh yes... Your mate rating with Juliette has increased... 😬 The resource grind is really starting to show here, with plenty of tech unlocks running, but soft-locked behind needing a metric ton of material components. =( It shows why some of the other people who've done series on this recommend to just auto-complete most regions, and only enter into a select few specific areas that have favorable droprates of specific stuff.

I did like you and rebuilt my based, all my artillery are unfortunately in just the wrong location so that the first few volley of direct fire missed just under the cyrus and then died because of that

Hey bro. You have 125 speedup points for your research. Use them!!! You will get speedup points from drones you pick up in Level. Had the same prob in that area. Reload the big artillary too. You had shells in yout autoloader. Stay focussed on your autoloader. Whole ground has beed empty. Same for your guardians. Without ammunition, they are expensive walls. Use your Gale Xen much more in late game. That will kill a lot of enemys and help saving ammo.

I know this video came out weeks ago, but the CIWS (Close In Weapon System) is the one you mentioned and are armed on warships. Then there is the land-based CIWS, also known as C-RAM. Both systems do the same thing going brrrt and some more brrrt with the only difference being where is it armed.

not a bad game but the ammo system is a pain in the ass, for most of it your always outta ammo for your turrets or guns.

36:50 As far as we know there is one more planned update for March. After that the devs will be working on a "sequel" of which I have seen no information on. There will probably be more bug fixes before and after march though.

Had I been on the Dev team, I would have a few bots that would collect materials so the player could focus on specials.

Brother that was close . You need to get the Hellfire turrets out, they do so much more damage. Enlarge your floor space on all levels and get more guns on the front and sides. You got the belt feeders, they should assist with loading ammo into your auto loaders. Just make ammo makers with them. Love your content, keep it up.😉👍

Been watching your series. I'm really glad you're enjoying the game! its a hidden gem imo. I actually have the little brother big brother config of the machine gun under the nose of the 30mm cannon that you have on the ground floor on my outpost as well. I found it really fun and space efficient. Very cool you discovered the same thing that I did. One cute trick for resource gathering if you didn't know: You can use Pack Mules to store excess. Their loot will persist between zones on the tour, and if drive them into the dropship with you before leaving on Recovery Day and they'll bring all their stock home. Packmules will also hoover up any loot they drive over automatically. Oh! One other really cool advanced trick for turret configuration I learned. If you vary the max ranges on turrets, you can cause them to do cascades of fire instead of bursts and you'd be shocked how much ammo you save having staggered fire so turrets don't overkill all firing on the same small or medium bot.

Game was fun when i tried it untill my character started pooping during a gunfight :D Could not take this game seriously after that anymore :D
