Hi Niel, pleased you have your filters replaced, but have to say a big thank you . . . . . I have taken my situation with Kase to Trading Standards and Advertising Standards in the UK, this was after having conversations with both representatives in the UK and China. The fact that they have replaced your filters has set a precedent so the minimum I would expect is for mine to be replaced too. It is typical of companies to make you jump through hoops to achieve your consumer rights, however have a youTube channel and they will give away whatever, which ultimately the consumer pays for. Thanks again . . .

oh s*** this was a year ago your video, that makes sense what does it make sense is that you got the same exact ending of today's but that sun was not visible and that sun is always visible words the 10 freeway and it descends and it doesn't erupt that'sa normal beautiful desert Sunset that your video show it but what I experienced tonight was just totaling and awe much more amazing spectacular show that I've never seen before because you didn't see that round son you saw that glow from like coming up from the San Rosa but not the sun you just saw that glow with like like Ray's coming up so it look like exactly what the fire look like from

I bought a pair of these vallerret gloves and was impressed until i found another brand. OTEX XT-801 Photography Gloves half the price and just as good inmho. The customer service was incredible from Otex shipping from Australia to the UK only 6 days with tracking. Vallerret charge you for sending them back for a refund and actually charged me the shipping too! Wasnt impressed with Vallerret service. At the end of the day they are gloves and expensive ones at that, Otex way cheaper.

Fairy play to you Neil, a 3 for 1 rage inducing event. Not so sure I’d have been as calm when they fell in, maybe you cut that bit out. 🤬😢

Been there - not Forty Foot, but having my Kase filter pop off my lens and into the water. I'd have waited for the tide to turn. I adopted Kase Wolverine magnetic filters pretty much as soon as they hit the market, and in the early years the strength of the magnetic grip was simply too weak. I had my CPL drop off countless times simply as I walked around with the camera pointing downwards, leaving me retracing my footsteps to find it, sometimes three or more feet deep in water. But over time, perhaps because of feedback, they clearly made them stronger, and now I find them just fine - **unless you are stacking**, then the outermost one is often rather tenuously attached. By the sound of it you were stacking three filters? I use their CPL+ND in one filters to save on stacking. I haven't tried their newer "Revolution" filters. Some have moved to Maven brand on account of their firmer magnetic grip.

Ahh man that sucks! I was wondering how it would have actually happened with the magnets and all that but the reality was so simple :-( Lovely shots tho so there is that I guess

Great video Neil. I lost two sets of Freewell V2 filters the same way. One in the Hudson river in NYC/Jersey City, and another set in a Canadian river. Not so magnetic after all. I looked at it that way: It could have been the whole camera. Sorry about that and I know how you feel. I was pissed. 😏😏

I felt the pain of losing your filters. About 6 years ago while shooting a sunset from a dock I somehow dropped my camera while changing the lens and I watched it bounce off my foot and splash into the bay. I was gutted.

Ouch! Also BRRR! No way am I going in the ocean while others are dressed like its winter!

Hi Neil. Having spent over a year telling Kase that my filters (2 sets) have lost their magnetism after 3 months and fall off, all they have done is fob me off, pass me from pillar to post and ask for videos that are ridiculous. The last one being, "put your filter on your lens and bang the lens on the table until it falls off to demonstrate how hard you have to hit it, " However so many people are willing to tell you that they have a set that works so it must be impossible that mine do not. At least it's a bit more evidence for people to think twice before buying them. Regards.

oh no Neil, disaster. Could the guy with the fins not get them back for you 🤷‍♂ I love my Kase filters so hopefully you can get some replacements 🤞

I once dropped a Lee 105mm CPL off Mumbles Pier into the raging sea below. Oh how I laughed... Been using the Kase Wolverine system for a couple of years now. They are very good and the usability is so much more, well, usable. I have so far resisted the urge to throw them in the sea though 🙂 I'll keep an eye out for yours next time I'm at the coast near Swansea. You never know!!

I do this on most days of the year, Neil - I can confirm that day or night, there's always something to photograph. I don't possess your vlogging enthusiasm or techniques however, so that's why I'm watching you and you aren't watching me. That water in the weir could have been a waterfall in Iceland, mate - Well done!
