This engine has no reverse. You could adapt a forward neutral reverse shift box if you wish.

It's currently running stock 45 teeth rear sprocket which is peppy but no legs runs out at like 110 km id change to a 34 or something.

Still need to upgrade the brakes for rego

The stock harness with the engine but I also used ooracing parts.

Hey mate I used the lifan kit but had to cut a little bit on the frame to fit. Then had to cut the pegs and re locate them. The harness on the bike only run the indicators lights ect and the engine harness is run separate just incase I decide to go back to the ct110 engine. I'm also running all ooracing parts for easy start up. Also tightened the decomp spring too.

Damm man I was gonna get the eBay 125 wiring loom that comes with speedometer blinkers front light rear light blinkers and trust make that work maybe ? As for motor wasnt Able to get the original pegs on but other then it was all pretty dam right and I did thread one of the underneath bolt threads but it’s all solid was even able to squeeze the bash plate on but yeah it’s sketchy haha got this $500 33mm Carby I’m trying to figure out how I’m gonna use but need a bigger manifold adaptor can’t seem to find one anywhere tried making one myself and failed but yeah got me own custom ycf exhaust made that dodgy fit to haha just wiring gonna be my biggest issue also how’d you you with rego ??

The wiring harness that comes with the engine will work. I'll see if I can make a video on how I built it

Im in Australia so the engine I got from ebay and I had to cut the frame and adding washers to the engine mount bolts for it to fit. I suggest joining one of the zs190 swap pages on Facebook and get some general knowledge of the engine first as there are some things that need attention prior to starting. Ooracing has all the parts for the zs190 but they are in the UK so may be a issue getting parts.

The parts with music just say to lube the starter chain and the rest of how it was done dosnt have music. Hope this helps.

@armdrop 101 I've got it set at 10k rpm and in the top speed run video it was set at 9800rpm on stock gearing. When the stock crank breaks ill document how long it lasted.

So far it has been very reliable apart from the first design af1 o2 sensor that died but has been replaced with af2. 2000km and no changes

The 4th bearing support dosnt have a way of lubricating the bearing so drilling a hole will let oil into the bearing keeping it from overheating from my understanding

@@muzzysworldnt5955 Thank you for your response. I'm almost ready to take the engine apart to install the kit. I'm still unsure about that triangular piece that bolts to the stater. Does that come with the Koso Kit or do I have to get that somewhere else? I really appreciate your help in this. Your video is the only one I watch over and over and over.

That part is called the 4th bearing support to keep the crank balanced. Make sure you get the right one as I accidentally got the one for og grom which is different. If you want more clearer ring gap video check out revzilla he did one on a sf grom. Also get a manual cam chain tensioner.
