Like many others who have commented, this has been a life changing routine for me. I have suffered with terrible rightsided low back and hip pain and stiffness for years. I used to be super athletic and played all the sports but unfortunately had to stop all exercise completely because of terrible pain and aggravation for days afterwards. Your video is the only one that actually explains what's going on with the QL!!!! I've been to chiros , osteos, doctors and not one knew what was going on or explained things so well! I have been doing the exercises daily for a month now and I am finally pain free and can actually breath deeply! No one has talked about being able to inhale deeply! This has also vastly improved my sleep probably because I can breathe deeply and relax. I am so grateful to you Annie, and truly blessed to have found your videos. I'm so excited to finally have my life back, pain free. Keep doing what you're doing. You're a gift and a prayer answered to the many of us who have suffered terribly. Thank you🙏

To be honest I don't think I have PS because I'm experiencing pain in my left bum when I walk nothing else no numbness, burning pain in my thigh nor leg earlier while doing my stretches I was digging my fingers all over my left buttock trying to locate the Piriformis muscle and the tenderness and I really pressed hard in the area it's located and felt nothing maybe I did touch it but it's not what's causing the pain so I'm baffled.

Learning that our jaw, effects our hips (walking and lower back pain) has been the most incredible discovery. It's truly wonderous how our teeth alone effect how we walk. Thank you for these videos.

Thank you for this exercise. I have already done these exercises twice. I started yesterday. I could feel these exercises in the pelvic area, and it was painful when I did them. Perhaps this is normal? I have a lateral pelvic tilt, which tilts to the left side. As a result, my left leg is slightly longer than my right leg. There are also some sensations in my knees at times during the day. I was also diagnosed with scoliosis as a child. Perhaps these issues also affect my intestines (IBS) and bladder. Do I need to do these exercises every day, and for how long, a week, two weeks? Will these exercises help correct the pelvic misalignment? How soon should I expect to see results? Thank you for this video. 👍😊
