Thanks for sharing! I used to do so much walking when I lives i Stockholm. I find it to be way harder here. But in genereal any kind of movement workout helps me a lot!

It's great, right! Have any good tips to share on your tweaking? I should do a more niched one for my main role models and upload scripts from podcasts, books, etc for better impersiations. Sometimes I get a bit too repetitive or generic answers, but sometimes that is just what I need to hear too. Just articulating the question, or whatever it is I want to vent, is half the battle! I saw you too have a common interest and channel on the topic - got yourself a new sub!

When I was a kid, all I wanted was to have a career that pays well so I can buy whatever I want but now that I’m grown up and went through tons of setbacks from losing tons of people in my life, getting lost in the world with full of life traps, being ridiculed for pursuing my dreams, and so on, I can say that long-lasting happiness can’t be bought or earned because it comes from within us. Continue to grow as a person and I’m so glad that you’re part of this journey! I’m hoping to upload my next one this month, which is more than an hr long. Whoever you are, I don't know you personally but I can say based on your posts and profile that you're one of the non-judgmental and open-minded people who is not fixated on tangible or external factors in order to learn from someone like me. Just because someone doesn't have a piece of paper as a credential, doesn't mean that person is not entitled to share personal experiences with the hope & intention to inspire others. Keep up with whatever it is that you're doing to improve mankind or improving your life even to a slight degree each day. This is just one part of a bigger puzzle for creating my KZbin channel about holistic health. I literally could have died back when I was 14 years old due to major depression but here I am right now replying to you, a KZbinr, who's full of fulfillment and dedication to help others to be a better version of themselves. Hehe, well I was proud of my doings in the end, and this was just as much about building social confidence and self-esteem - and in that regard I succeeded:)

I understand your point about the potential for a negative perception, but for me, facing my fears is about personal growth and self-improvement. And that's bigger than weather I wass succesfull in achiving an external win or what she thought of me. This was mostly about not allowing fear to hold me back and striving to do what scared med, and from that point of view I grew and build my confidence. THanks for your feedback though!

It's a waste of time only if you look at the actual results. But I grew from the actual experience of approaching, and building that self-esteem, despite if the outcome led to something more with that particular girl. Stll, I hear what you are saying!
