Begin with the newer recordings: "Hammer of Wrath", "Judgement Day", "Stand and Deliver" or "M.D.O" "Nemophila", one of the shooting stars. Started 2020 as a YT project. Clean and growling singing in one person. Formerly a 5 piece, now one guitar left, and they are even better! Lots of convers on thier YT channel: A hard original one "Zen" , "Orian" or the new "Beautiful Days" "Maximum the Hormone". Heavy as hell. Founded in the 1990ies they are still active. They are more rock than metal, but they can definitely go harder than this song, and often do. Perhaps try the song Warning (as opposed to the song where they team up with the band the Warning), or Hate? official live, or Shambles, or From Now On (instrumental). Or for the most metal they get, Rinne (Reincarnation).

Best Hard-Rock band I've heard since The Smithereens. Not Punk at all. Sex Pistols, Ramones and Dead Kennedys were Punk. Punk died back in the early 80's when New-Wave came along.

This was a pretty tame song of theirs. This was an early song of theirs, and I believe this was their first self-written song. Their early songs were punk rock leaning. But they're more of a hard rock band that transcends genres. There are so many harder songs than this. This was back when they were just figuring out their own Band-Maid sound, as everything had been written for them before this.

Welcome to Band-Maid! The best hard rock band I have heard in my 58 years on this planet. They don't stick to any one genre and often mix genres in songs. They are extremely diverse and have an extensive back catalogue featuring Punk, Pop-Punk, Hard-Rock, Classic Rock, Metal, Prog, Blues, Jazz, Groove, Rap etc. From face melting 220 bpm punk-prog mayhem to ballads, instrumentals to acoustics they do it all. They can make you headbang, they can make you pogo, they can make you cry like a baby. They are also five of the nicest people in music, without a shred of ego. They are funny and fun and world class musicians to boot. They are currently into their 12th year with the original line up. And they are the best live band I have ever witnessed! Btw, Miku the rhythm guitarist (red rose) formed the band. She had the idea of Band-Maid after working as a maid in Japanese maid cafe's.
