you should know that this is not just a new song, it is a collaboration of Epica with the big oldest theme park De Efteling, the second most visited in Europe. That is why the song has a characteristic “Disney” sound. In the video for this song (it was released a week ago) you can see decorations from this park in their new attraction. And it is also an interpretation of the classic play by Camille Saint-Saëns “danse macabre” 😉

My partner and I were at both of the Symphonic Synergy shows in Amsterdam. Traveling from Denmark, to see the concerts was very much worth it. On the first night, later in the show, Simone talked about that loud thunder sound in the beginning, saying she had forgotten how loud it was, and that she nearly shat her pants xD
