I don't think he sang it very well, his guitaring was great of course, but I was expecting a different sounding solo, the backup singers really carried it in the ending.,but it's hard to do a Beatles song really well..

Before George Harrison's original, I heard Jeff Healey's version it blew my mind!!! Loved his voice, loved the guitar solo.

Just throwing this out there... we'll never know but I think Prince was inspired by this version while he prepped for his 2004 rendition. Especially by the voices at the end of this one.
