Super video. Thank you for your time spent filming this for we armchair viewers. Some fantastic marches played by the bands, no wonder the drum majors look chuffed to bits out at the front. Senior Drum Major Chambers his usual excellent self in front of the Band of the Coldstream Guards and, I think, DM Laing with the Band of the Welsh Guards? I should also mention the very smart guards themselves, without whom none of this would happen! Thanks again👍

Fantastic video! Great to see you back! The marches played were, (Band of the Coldstream Guards) 1) 0:11-The Guardsman 2) 2:10-The ADJ (Band of the Welsh Guards) 3) 4:13-Sarafand (Band of the Coldstream Guards) 4) 8:58-Bond of Friendship 5) 10:02-The King's Guard 6) 13:11-Machine Gun Guards

I’m still pretty rubbish at remembering them even though I remember the tunes and could hum along (you’ve no idea how many I can play in my head when I’m out walking🤭) In this particular recording I’m rather partial to the march ‘King’s Guards’ especially at 12:07 when they rev it up and put the after burners on, just fab🥰

Had the privilege of marching behind a number of bands during my service with a corps who aren’t renowned for our drill, but you can’t go wrong with the amazing CAM

A wet mount can take many forms depending when it is called. It basically means a shortened version. When the actual hand over takes place indoors, instead of in the rain outside.

Looks like another smart and immaculate Royal Marines Drum Major who knows how to march correctly and NOT to swing his arm too high, unlike some others who resemble a walking windmill.

When I was in the Army in the 1960s that's how we were taught to march swinging our arms shoulder high. I agree with you though it doesn't look particularly smart.

Scruffy and overweight or not, the photographer apparently has a permit to move around freely within the cordoned off area to do his job. Crouching around trying not to sometimes block the vieuw of others would prevent would prevent him from doing that job.

Absolutely Brilliant Performance as usual, with an excellent choice of music. Saw this Band and Plymouth Band on their Concert Tour in Manchester on 16th September, also brilliant.😀😀

Was a Top notch performance by the Band, gotta say one of my best gigs I've covered 👌. I'm a bit of a lover of Navy Blue 😅. I'm jealous that you saw them in Manchester 😂, haven't seen them in concert since 2021 😢
