i live in Edmonton i am happy that Seashore Trolley Museum is preserving Edmonton's bbc trolley bus but i call it the (aka gm new look trolley bus) edmonton is the only city in north American to use these type of trackless trolley's i grew up riding them edmonton council voted to shut down the trackles trolley system may 2nd 2024 will mark 15 years since they abandoned it's tackles trolley operation's

4:33, BOEING LRV Work Car!!! 3453 track geometry car which was converted from a regular passenger car in the mid 1990s and is all green, except for the roof, doors and a thin white trimming on the sides and each end of the car. The front rollsign says: “X NO PASSENGERS”. It was scrapped along with 3417 and 3448 from an auction on March 6, 2020.

CAREFUL, these are the WORST tramcars I have ever witnessed! Boeing Vertol makes helicopters and are NOT experienced in rolling stock! Both Muni and MBTA had gotten rid of these behemoths. At the museum there, I just bet these are VERY maintenance intensive! Nubi had nothing but trouble with this junk! Literally falling apart at the seams! I do hope the Seashore has been able to get these in tip-top shape and are running them. Best maintenance available! Subsequently the Municipal Railway of San Francisco (now SFMTA) have acquired beautiful Construtioni Breda trams from Milano, Italia. Now these are unfortunately disappearing many, the Siemens S200s. built in Sacramento under licence from Germany. I HATE them! Too many unnecessary 'safeguards' treating the general public like kindergarten children!)

6214 was scrapped in December 2023 after a fire in September 2022.

Too bad all 2003-2004 Neoplan AN440LF ETB Trackless Trolleys: 4101-4128 have been Scrapped. 4104 Preserved at Seashore Trolley Museum, Kennebunkport, Maine and 4128 Preserved at Illinois Railway Museum. Will Charlestow Garage is fully occupied by New Flyer XDE40'S. Only 2006 D40LFs the 9 left In Service run in Fellsway Routes, so you can still see them running on 96 although most times by XDE40'S

Technically,the Red Birds,were not MTA,they were strictly NYCTA,as they were ordered in the early 1960's! They had both IRT,and BMT/IND versions,50 foot IRT,and 60 foot,BMT/IND! Same basic carbody,except for doors,and width! Exceptionally long lived,and reliable! Worthy successors to the IRT black motors,Flivvers,etc! Thanks for the trip down memory lane!! Thank you 😇 😊!
