They did an amazing job, but still, at the begining they never sold this as a survival crafting game, they told this was an exploration game with infinite posibilities, which is not, i'm still call in it a fraud even tho now it's a great game

I had a level 80 boost which I used. I skipped through the entire story and was never more lost and I didn't get to experience the story. I deleted that character and started over the hard way....I mean the best way.

It's not that the eyes are lifeless... He's just one step removed from what we saw with Tesleen - Trapped inside one's own body as it slowly turns into a monster.

Honestly? Yeah, d4 might have better itemization. I'm not necessarily a huge fan of d4's unique effects, but affixes in PoE 2 are really quite shallow. That + no real crafting and ground loot generally being awful might make PoE 2 my least favorite ARPG in terms of loot. I think LE is probably my favorite. That said, I don't know that there's anything else d4 does better.

This is the reason I would advice any newcomer to first go to Alphi and do Ali second. After this, dont know about you, but I wanted to kill stuff and go berserk. Also, dont think of "dark" and "light" as "evil" and "good" - even if its easy to think of it that way. It has nothing to do with that.

My last MMO was Rift and I loved making hybrid builds. When I heard Ascension lets you pick whatever skill you wanted, I was hook. At first, it was extremely daunting and complicated, even when I had played WoW up to Cata. But soon you realize alot of the talents and abilities are just fluff and you narrow in on the impactful ones. If you remain semi-casual, you'll have alot of fun in Ascension, but if you get caught up in the more hardcore guilds, it's not much different than the ratrace on retail.

Every damn time. The loot system needs to be improved. Playing as Monk I found more unique items for other class than myself. And the exact Quarterstaff was the only item I found for my Monk...

This scene is also a reference to one of the most iconic scenes from FF7.
