Jesse just an emotional guy , his emotions resulted of too much problems . While Walt total strategic and and logical , it'd also a problem. It's an uncontrolable logic. Both characters have their weaknesses . But I think Walt is too smart , he intentionally went logical totally to build his reputation and his position in history before he died . He was in a race with time . Just imagine if he died by cancer between his family , after 5 years nobody will remember him . But if he died as the strongest drug lord , he would remember forever . His image will become larger than his life for many generations . This is why this show is unbeatable with all shows that created .

I've never understood this. This scene is like Saul and Mike have no history. They worked together prior to this during almost the entire Better Call Saul timeline. Did I miss something?

Had he just left the meth business after this moment he would’ve been SMOOTH sailing into his regular life (provided he cut the page out of the poetry book of Gale’s dedication on top of all the other things he did in the start of S5E1). Sadly his ego got the better of him after this.

Gotta say, the fact that the one guy in this town whose job it is to find Heisenberg, happens to be his brother in law is one of the biggest plot conveniences on TV ever.

you know the best answer was, "I don't know, like you said it was a one time thing I didn't really pay attention." Done, it was the most acceptable answer from a guy whoever Hank thought Walt was.

The war on drugs is lost we need to end it. Most of the negative effects of drugs on society are caused by prohibition not the drugs. The stealing, the violence, the over doses all would almost stop completely if they would his legalize everything. And not decriminalize that just keeps the cartels in power, strip that power make them compete with CVS for selling heroine. If a junky could get a weeks supply for what it's worth and not what it costs they wouldn't be robbing people or breaking and entering, mugging burglarizing. And if we stopped drug testing for mindless jobs more people would have jobs and be able to support their habit with days job and still have an apartment and w vehicle and all the government would have to do is admit drugs won before the CDS act was even implemented.
