Im from California and have lived in LA 8 years. I'm actually moving, but definitely not because of "fake people" and I love how you took the time to speak more deeply about this subject. LA is a mega huge city, urban area is 4 million and metropolitan area totaling 15 million and is filled with every time of culture you can think of. My biggest reason for leaving is that you honestly cant buy a 3 bedroom house for less than a million dollars. I do really well in my profession and know that if I took my career to pretty much any other state in America I could buy a house immediately. For me at my age thats reason enough to leave. For others, maybe not.

Imagine at the end of the day those 'fake' people sigh at home saying/feeling "a break from being fake".

CA has the most fake and pretencious people I have ever met. They need a reality check. Their politics is absolutely horrendous and drives environment to the ground. They are hypocritical. But the worst thing is they think their policies and way of living is what it should be. They have no clue how close to communism their ideas are.

What blows my mind is how this is even really a topic to talk about in the first place? It seems to me like the people calling others in LA fake are still stuck in that high school mentality, maybe if these people were too busy doing something else with their lives and progressing they wouldn’t notice how fake people are because they wouldn’t be focusing on that. Also, people have work done all over the world, LA isn’t home of butt implants lol as a matter of fact Australia is one of the biggest places for body modification. Cities are labor factories and to “lure” the labor to come to the cities there needs to be social incentives ( nightlife activities, events and aesthetics) , housing for the labor ( apartments/condos/homes). It’s a grind house but as your awareness develops over the decades you will discover that you are going through the rat race just to say “ hey look at me, I live in ( blank) city”. That’s cool if that’s what you want to do. Personally I finally discovered the over all game of city life. It’s a labor factory dressed up so nice that you don’t realize your in one. To better handle the game of city life is to be financially free so you can spend most of your time in the city to enjoy the frills, if not you’ll stay turning the wheels

The “city life” disconnects people from nature. Cities are man made and we forget that. We are humans/ homo saipens we find peace in nature. We started in the trees and after learning how to systematically grow sustainable food , we settled around and grew villages/towns and cities. We get so caught up in our superficial lives that we forget that we are living on a actual planet.

I too am an idiot who bought some things before checking reviews almost 2 week ago. So I just spent 20 minutes on the internet having a panic attack because every site I checked, they said Juicici was probably fake. So I'm ecstatic it is real. Alsoo glad to know the knit item was one of the good ones because 2 outfits I ordered were knit.

Can I just say . I ordered about a week or so ago without checking any reviews (I've put too much trust in shops honestly ) I got 3 things and a lil purse . The purse is fine the first shirt was ok the fabric wasn't what I was expecting . Then boom the piece I actually ordered for it was a pink tie dye crop with safety pins and beans on it . I get the top and they literally put the beads and pins in there own little bag so the item I bought I didn't actually get bc I had to put it together myself and I can't even get it the way the picture displayed it as which upset me alot bc I didn't buy it to put it together. I bought it so I didn't have to make my own crop like that bc i have the ability too but I'm lazy and don't like pricking my finger. Soooooo I go to at the shops picture too do it the way it's pictured and what do you know . The crops been pulled from the website . It's gone and the others like it with safety pins were also pulled I'm guessing bc ppl complained about having to out the pins on themselves
