It would only really get out of hand when it becomes more than stories heard on the news and people decide to loot shopping malls and people end up dying and turning and then it ends up with allot more people getting infected and more chaos as police and even military would show up and footage would go online of them shooting at infected and normal people during the confusion would just spread fear and would only make people have less trust towards each other and act increasingly aggressive and well eventually the military would be outnumbered a 100 to 1 and they'd either die while trying to control the situation or abandon the military and fend for themselves

The zombies I've seen in a vision were fast, and opened doors, and climbed ladders. They weren't viral. They were demon possessed corpses. Military eventually came at night to fight back. Cities were screwed while small towns struggled. Obviously high populated areas were first for the military to deal with. Took all day until well into the night for them to eventually get to small towns. I heavily advise owning firearms. Once someone died the demons immediately possessed the corpses of the dead. Scary stuff man.
