You could say the same for David Shultz and Stone Cold. There are similarities but CM Punk is staight edge and Raven was at the top of WCW's death pool. There are similarities between lot's of wrestlers but rehash isn't a word I would use to describe there characters. Punk was most defienetly influenced by Raven though.

Love both these guys... but let's face it, CM Punk is a rehash of The Raven, granted he's a good one. It's kinda like David Bowe vs Nirvana's The Man Who Sold The World. Both great songs, but somehow, the new one is the one that's the most well known, and the new one that's getting all the publicity. But the original, the original is where it's at. This feud is one of those truly great iconic feuds IMO, and one very few people really know of.
