#1 mod for your bike my friend is to lose some weight. Not saying being fat is bad but if doesn’t make you money, then why reck the bike you know?
@ghettosled19766 ай бұрын
I commend your effort, but that exhaust and tank cover are horrendous 😂

i love that everyone complains about the neutral gear but not a single one of you tried adjusting the tension on the clutch cable which makes it shift and go into gear like butter.

I recommend you not ride it the edge of buildings like that. It seems unsafe.

Is this bike just cheaply made or were these problems just bad luck?

Probably both..but they are famous for being cheaply made.

Your post literally makes no sense. "6 years old 2000." ??? Then you begin a new sentence with "600 miles and it's a 2014 with the 2002 fearings" (wtf is a fearing?) .

As someone who modify cars and lifts transmissions for a clutch change. I feel like these cons are so child’s play to me. Probably because anything that breaks on a car is more hassle than a motorcycle.

Great video btw. Just ordered one LOL.

I THINK - you might have been able to build a piggy-back bracket and just bond it into place, given that you had a pretty large surface to bond it to. Hopefully save that PIA disassembly (never electric weld your bike or car directly.)

Nice work sir! Check your chain tension. Everything I have been reading leads me to believe that the suspension is bottoming out and the chain is a little too tight, therefore the frame tearing itself apart. Hope this helps.

I'd love to get a vader/grom clone. But I don't have the time, money or knowledge to replace basically everything on it to have a reliable bike
@EdwardVelez2 жыл бұрын
Moral of the story, NEVER BUY CHEAP THINGS. The amount of work and effort you've had to put in is equal to the amount that I've done to my grom with 32k miles. This includes maintenance

Is this the gen 2?
@jaredrenfro79332 жыл бұрын
I bought it while the Gen-2s were coming out but it is a 1...kronic racing told me the only difference between the two is the fairings.

@@jaredrenfro7933 You might as well call them a rug because they lie like one.
@caposolomon87452 жыл бұрын
@@jaredrenfro7933 what your average fuel mileage on one of these clone? I been trying to figure out why the fuel mileage is so different between the Vader and the grom or navi. Grom from my research is about 100-130 MPG, NAVI 110 MPG and the Vader is 65 MPG. It's weird to me since it has the same engine.
@jaredrenfro79332 жыл бұрын
@@caposolomon8745 sounds about right remember the Vader is carbureted and the Grom is fuel injected.
@jaredrenfro79332 жыл бұрын
Though I'll be honest that miles per gallon seems a little over ideal for both a Grom and a clone from my experience with both.
