awesome, i love that you left the outtakes! i have 4 - 220v 190w band heaters that i will be using thought that it wouldn't be enough, after seeing your outtake... it might be too much. already have the tube and push rod, now its time to get it all together!

I thought the same thing when I started.. I have vaporized my fair share of plastic unintentionally.. you need to be patient as the plastic melts else the inside will be hard and the outside will just pour out.

(125 Watts)......the ebay description was "Nozzle Heater Band 1 1/4" x 1 1/4" 240v 125w"

I was having a hard time getting the plastic hot enough when I discovered I had the temperature controllers switched round.. If your running cold you might want to check that again for good measure.
