Dragapult/Dusknoir is better but the charizard in this list sometimes cleans up some late games that dragapult struggles with. It's just different, and very fun imo

I dont feel like trolley is too impactful for the setup and is also susceptible to budew item lock so i probably wouldnt play it personally.

Grand tree Zard is just….okay, the problem is you give a giant resource to your opponent with the stadium being out. Gardes can evolve a kirlia or all the way to garde. Dusknoir decks can use it, dragapult can use it. Its rough.

Mainly just due to the format being a little too fast for it to setup. Now Dragapult can comfortably sit behind budew and rely on recon directive to setup as it item locks its opponents.

Yeah against a full wall deck you’re just cooked but luckily that deck isnt very popular. With any deck there will most likely be 1-2 instant loss matchups.

Its a solid card I just cant fit it in my list atm. Canceling cologne and lost vacuum are the 2 tech cards so if i didnt want collapsed I’d cut one of those 2.

2x charizard EX is just to streamline the list some. You rarely never play more than 2 in a single game and with 2 super rods you have solid recovery. Just have to hope they dont get prized.

Its a combo deck, its all about finding the pieces you need quickly and efficiently. Always try to have 2 charmanders out and traditionally the goal is to evolve Pidgeot before zard if possible.

Charizard is such a great deck, but watch out for the Spidops/Galvantula deck 😆. Just playing, think I am the only person still playing Spidops. Works real good with Crispin/Arven/Hyper Aroma.

My problem with post rotation is in addition to pokéstop and greninja, we losing 2 other attack options in palkia and greninja bench snipe, that bench snipe can be huge in swinging games and palkia is a good early game attacker if ur short on energy, not to mention the draw, cycling road is great but ur opponent being able to use is rough, u can get locked down hard by stall decks like mimikyu and milotic especially if all u got to attack is ceruledge, but in the majority of matches this isn't too shabby, I've been testing baby ursaluna since u got the fighting energy anyway and tried a tiny bit heavier of a fighting energy pool but it's still kinda rough, still trying to think of something haha

Yeah i just straight conceded the control matchup with this list. Cancelling cologne is going away and i wanted a list that could reach the 320, and 330 damage rather quickly so i aimed for a higher energy count.

@Krashy was starting to think about having pidgeot ex as a support for deck searches and maybe a small 1 duscul and 1 dusknoir line to deal with any potential stall tactics, can use pidgeot to grab a jet energy if a switch is needed, bosses otherwise, or anything u want every turn, that's y pidgeot is so good in charizard and etc right?? IDK, if u can fit a pidgeot and dusknoir and fit prolly 3 rare candies in the deck, could prove pretty decent, gotta do some testing tho lol

See that just changes the deck too much. Not to say it isnt possible but that its more suitable for something like Charizard or Dragapult EX. The goal with ceruledge is simple and aggressive.

I think the best build is as follows…in order. Play conservatively until you reach item 3. Why? Because then he is FAST! Then you can stack your spirit, super quick, have a ton of cooldown. This allows Khai to CLOSE and ESCAPE quickly. He is still a bruiser endgame because he plateaus anyways, so you build into health late game. You DO NOT need onmivamp on Khai save for the jungle item. run a iron bundle and keep switching and bringing back withstretcher or boss them, use munkidori to transfer damage counter back, if they run only one then its a guarantee win, make sure u have jamiing tower as well

Exactly the same. I have built my first ever deck (not standard) with ceruledge ex and Kyogre (celebrations) That basically is a fun way of doing what this does but not worried about rotation... I do have 3 spare ceruledge ex ..so I'm thinking deck 2 be a standard in rotation deck with them and try some real matches

I considered a penny loop but tbh i think i naturally burn through the energy fast enough that I sometimes dont even need the 2nd Drilbur. So far this feels like the right balance for it!
