Are you supposed to still think of the chosen trauma as you breathe out in segments?
@RezzimaxАй бұрын
@akalinda2007 it is good to think of a chosen trauma while breathing out. At the moment when you stop breathing out, when you are out of breath, this is the time to focus your thoughts no more on what you went through, but rather focus on what you are most grateful for. This simple act, for as long as you can go before breathing in once more, makes all the difference.

@@heatherelizabeth27 it is most important to understand that you need to use it in areas not affected so much by the CRPS until those areas calm down. For example, wear the runners pack on your back or stomach where it will not affect your hands much and send the messages to the brain from areas not impacted by the CRPS.

I lost my sense of smell due to an accident in my brain on November 2, 2022, and I am still unable to smell. I am looking to connect with others who have had a similar experience.
@KeepItABeanKIAB5 ай бұрын
I have not been able to smell normal for 3 years as well..i don't think this is COVID-related because (I never had it) but I lost it completely during the pandemic and then everything at one point smelt like chemicals,. After a few more weeks orders transitioned to weird unidentifiable scents. Finally, after 2 years I began to smell SOME things normally and other things not so much. I had an MRI and went to an Ear Nose and Throat doctor; only to rack up bills and tell me it would have to come back on its own. 4 years is now approaching and I can smell very subtle smells but nothing like I remember. I miss scents like fresh rain or fresh linen. Vitamin A has been my go-to after some research. it has been effective in recent cases. It is very frustrating at times. I cant even smell my own gas..LOL but I hope you find a cure. God Bless.

One or two times per day is typically sufficient for most people. You have to do it frequently at first for somebody that has a lot of swelling to improve the elasticity of the lymphatic vessels.

What is the difference between quantum neurology and functional neurology?
@Rezzimax10 ай бұрын
Quantum neurology was developed by Dr. George Gonzalez. It is a way of getting all systems in the body to communicate. Many practitioners trained in quantum neurology do incredible work. Functional neurology has likewise developed through incredible chiropractic practitioners. Functional neurologists include practitioners from many professions including chiropractic, optometrist, physical therapists, nurses, and MDs. The Interdisciplinary Association of Functional Neurosciences and Rehabilitation - IAFNR is an international association made up of such practitioners.
