Does modding the PS3 make the Blu-ray player multiregional automatically?

I got one of these and first thing I did was copy the contents of the included micro SD card over to a (fat32 formatted) name brand 4gb micro SD card. The cards included with these devices are usually junk. It now works great on both DMG and GBC consoles. Thanks for the video!

The fact that emulation works as well as it does considering that the cell processor is very hard to interpret to any other hardware; even PlayStation has completely given up on PS3 emulation on a PS5! Also, keep in mind that allot of these games, EVEN ON A PS3, would run far below 30fps frequently

This really is an excellent port of the game, fun and challenging and it plays like Lemmings! The game developers (Probe?) did a very good job here. It's a technical achievement getting so much stuff on screen for the Master System but keeping the pace, no slowdown or flicker. The game does quite a lot of clever stuff with background tiles, etc. It's not noticeable when playing but apparently the game uses a lot of pre-programmed set pieces for lemming placement to get around the system limitations, as opposed to calculating the position of each lemming individually. It's a credit to the game devs that it plays so smoothly. Great Master System port and a great game overall.

I have i5 10400f and 3060ti however i havent beefed my ram from 16gb yet so titles like Midnight Club LA barely run and inFamous is between 25-30 fps but almost every other game runs like butter. Aside from the fact that its literally a PS3 emulator, you can update games with Rusty-PSN, download patches for 60fps, set higher resolutions, map out any input device, it emulates PSN with online play in certain games. RPCS3 is fucking insane, I had a PS2 and upgraded to 360 as a kid so the PS3 as a whole was so foreign to me but I wanted to play Sly trilogy in HD, Sly4, inFamous, LBP, Uncharted, and more and with this emulator i feel like I can peek my head through time and enjoy these classics without tracking down a ps3 and copies of the game. I got banned from their discord within minutes for telling people about Vimm's Lair and ROMSDEPOT

Hey, I was able to complete Uncharted 1, 2 and 3 on a non-AVX512 processor, so that's pretty cool. Also, Killzone 2 and 3 are playable at 60FPS and those games look incredible even today.

Did you test if it has RTC functionality?

Does it come with the roms loaded on the sd card?

Why does the Rev 3 guide say to remove R45-R49 and (optional C26) as the first step but the other guides do not?

I got the fb max one of these and when I put games on the micro sd card they don’t appear . I also ruined one by deleting all the files off of it and adding all my own games.I even added all the original files back and it still didn’t work . I’m just confused cause I also have an ez flash and I put whatever games I want on it and it works but with these knock offs I have to play the games they have already on it and can’t delete them or it messes the cart up ? Any help with doing this correctly would be much appreciated thanks

I believe the text at the end of the credits was meant to create hype for the Young Indy tv series that aired around the same time. But I agree; I wished we had gotten another IJ graphic adventure like this one and maybe even in the style of Full Throttle and CMI. At least We got two great 3D IJ games after it, and FoA is already 3 games in 1, so I guess we can't really complain.

No, Everdrives are horrendously overpriced and we should be promoting competition, not stifling it, which is just going to drive up prices even more. There's not some sort of proprietary magic going on in an Everdrive. They can easily be produced and sold for far less than the price you pay for a brand's ego. We need to stop disparaging companies just because they took an obvious product idea and made their own version of it.. for FAR cheaper. So that maybe the "have nots" can have some enjoyment and not just the "haves". We define originality by trademarks. That's also how we define prices. Not by how much R&D, components, and labor costs, but how much corporations believe they can get away with in their demographic.

Emulation for all consoles is amazing, you essentially have access to an HD remaster of a game once the emulation features are available without having to hope and wait for a remaster from a studio.

If I play grand theft auto using my hard drive vs the actual ps2 disc, will it be any different? Gameplay, graphics, sounds, coloring, etc.. is the game the exact same as putting the disc in and playing it that way?

You're winning at life mate. Well done. I just finished my Saturn settup. Next project I want to do is my Famicom. I like the idea of rgb but it requires cutting up the case. Mine is really nice so I think I'm going to do it to my NTSC nes.

I just got a game boy advance and it’s functional but the start button won’t work so when it’s on and I try to press start it won’t work but it’s a hand me down so it’s expected but got any tips for it?

I had the same sort of problem with my rumble pak. I cleaned the inside of the battery compartment with rubbing alcohol on Q-tips to remove the battery corrosion, but there remained a tiny bit behind the spring which i couldn't get access to. So i used the end of a fine toothpick to try and get rid of the remaining stubborn green corrosive bit. Plus i used a little bit of fine sandpaper to clean and shine the metal contacts. I placed new batteries in, but sadly the pak didn't rumble, although i could still save games, which i find odd. Hmm 🤔 The thin connector which goes into the controller had a tiny bit of green on the connector edge. But i cleaned that carefully with a Q-tip too. Still won't rumble!! I'm not giving up though!! I'll give it one last thorough clean soon, and if it doesn't work, I'll just have to play my games without the rumble feature. 😒

The N-Gage QD had very comfortable buttons. I used to actually prefer it to my two GBAs I had at the time.
