I’ve followed many lemon scone recipes in my life and this is by far one of the best. Only thing I do differently is I freeze the butter after cubing so that frozen butter instead of just coke butter goes into the vitamix when you combine with flour mixture. This helps the butter stay super cold until in the oven.

Thank you! My husband (then boyfriend) and I produced this series back in 2021. The series combined my love for food and professional marketing background and my husband's video product background. It was super fun to work on but we just don't have the same amount of free time anymore. We've talked about rebooting it, but no formal plans yet :)

Hey Emma! Absolutely love this vegan roasted carrot recipe, especially as I've covered a simialr recipe from Ottolenghi cookbook. This make an amazing side dish throughout the seasons and I make this all the time now, although the yogurt sauce is different. I look forward to trying this, thanks for the inspiration. I completely watched and enjoyed it. I appreciate the effort gone into this. Keep up the great work, I miss your videos and hope you comeback.
