The USA is a shambles. I have no idea what you are talking about. The US imprisons more of its people per capita than any nation. You have an obscene homelessness problem, you are the only developed nation without universal healthcare and the US have killed more foreign nationals than any nation since WW2. Yes there has been conflict everywhere but the tribal nations in the US were maybe 12 million people when the Europeans invaded and were massacred down to maybe 250,000 at the lowest point. The tribal nations never did that.

@StevenLewisSimpson I can't argue with those facts, however, I did not say that the United States was perfect or that it did not have some very serious problems. I said it was the best that man has been able to come up with so far. I should have qualified my statement by saying [ OVERALL, it's the best man has come up with so far.] I fully agree to, that what happened to the tribal nations ,after the Europeans came, was tragic, unjust, morally reprehensible and unfair. That being said, it was not the near the worst done by conquerors, throughout history before or after. There ain't no other country who's citizens are as diverse, and the main reason that is, is because this is a country where anybody, no matter who they are, can be successful, if they are willing to work at it. There is a minority of so called woke, extremist who have an agenda to tear down society and the moral fabric of this country, but Americans, ALL Americans are tired of the BS, as was evidenced by the recent elections. The United States is far from perfect, all things considered, it is still the best overall country out of all that man has come up with to this point in history. If that was not true, there would not be millions of people from all over the world trying to come here, more than any other place on the earth. Hopefully I answered your question, which was a valid and legitimate one.

@StevenLewisSimpson One more point I want to mention, while the decimation of tribal nations was due mostly to bad and unjust policies, and military actions, and diseases introduced by the early settlers, it is inaccurate to say that they were " massacred, as if it was all one sided. My family roots trace back to both Native American and Scotch/Irish, but if I chose to dwell on all the injustices, suffered by, and all the injustices perpetrated by, my ancestors , I would not be successful nor benefit my future generations. We can acknowledge the collective past of our country, both good and bad, both the successes and failures, without using either, as an excuse not to continue to strive to be the best that we can, in all areas of life.
