Here are my favorite Atlantic Division jerseys made during the Adidas era... Boston Bruins - As much as I will never support any Boston teams and own any of their jerseys, I almost agreed with your choice except for one thing. The numbers within the crest logo are what ruins it for me. The rest of the entire design of that Centennial alternate jersey is spectacular. So my choice by a slim margin is the Centennial home jersey followed by the current (again) home jersey. Buffalo Sabres - I'm going with their current home jersey, followed by the current road jersey. Lately, fans and online podcasters have been pushing for the idea to go back to the goathead ones full time, but I'm dead set against it. It would be a huge and grave mistake to switch AGAIN after it took so many years to go back to the widely popular original logo and perfect the home and road jersey designs, too. Detroit Red Wings - Agreed. Completely boring jersey history, but at least theirs is not ugly. I'm just going with their current home jersey. Florida Panthers - YES! By far, their Reverse Retro 1.0 jersey is the best in the Adidas era. That would be followed by the Reverse Retro 2.0 jersey. Their current primary logo is a big downgrade over the original logo. That is the dealbreaker for why I will never buy their current home and road jerseys. Montreal Canadiens - I chose their current home jersey. Arizona Coyotes. - Their Reverse Retro 1.0 jersey is my favorite (their black Kachina home jersey is a close second, followed by their Reverse Retro 2.0 jersey). Hard to believe the whole city and large parts of the Residenz - including the giant staircase and gardens - were completely destroyed just weeks before WWII ended. In what only can be described as a willful vengeance bombing to destroy the last medium sized cities of Germany before it surrendered only a few weeks later. Or in some cases even a few days before the Allies took the smoldering ruins. Sad part of history.

I’m really going to miss Adidas. For my money I loved their era of jerseys, they did a great job. I felt those primgreen jerseys were amazing, okay the size or the fit in the chest could be inconsistent, but aside from that I don’t see any of Adidas jerseys falling apart anytime soon. Reeboks on the other hand….some of those didn’t last the season.

Maybe it is construction for the 2. Stammstrecke? There is a safety shaft supposed to be built in that area for the new line but I can't imaging it would require that much land to be cleared. That whole area has been ripe for redevelopment for years. I remember Media Markt had a temporary location in a tent on that lot before they completed that shopping center on Einsteinstraße and Leuchtenbergring. I hope the construction is not too loud when we are there in October.

Curiously enough, i's one of Munich's largest Nazi architecture projects. But in most history books this is not mentioning explicitly. Building started in 1936, and was supposed to be a Tempelhof on smaller scale. Designed by the same architect Ernst Sagebiel as Tempelhof. Munich still has a lot of architecture by the nazis. However the Oberwiesen airport remained in operation as work on Riem was only finished in 1939 at the outbreak of WWII. So by then it was not fully operated as civilian airport, but as military one during WWII. In World War II it was home to Adolf Galland's legendary Jagdverband 44. It was almost completely destroyed by bombings on 9 April 1945. The station has also a role in the future U9 U-bahn Spange from Giselastrasse over Pinakotheken and Hauptbahnhof to Theresienwiese and to reconnect in Implerstrasse where it will go to Klinikum Grosshadern with U6. So as planning for U9 goes it seems logical to connect it to the station where U3 and U6 split. As for the München Südbahnhof: DB wants to built the station between 2026 - 2029 but despite pleas from München city council it will NOT be an S-bahn station, but a station stop for Regional trains only, but not compatible with S-Bahn trains (weirdly). As the reactivation of the Südumfahrung was originally proposed as alternative for the 2. Stammstrecke, and rejected by the DB, I guess the DB doesn't want to be reminded this stretch of railway can be used by S-trains. So the will use it only for regional train services. A direct access is scheduled to be with Poccistrasse. But options for rebuilding are to remain possible. So typical DB-planning and politics. Absurd.

We really loved visiting there this past May and can't wait to return. Between the two "parts," Garmisch and Partenkirchen, there is a nice variety of old and not so old to enjoy with that beautiful backdrop of the Alps. We especially enjoyed leisurely walks next to those rivers and meadows. A magical place for sure, thanks for the vid!

Can't say I'm impressed with these buildings. Architecture of the 2020s looks like a throwback of the 50s. Small and repetitive windows. Bland and non-descript outside. It's like in the '50s when they had to quickly build 100.000s of houses. This is simply the modern version of prefab-style you find across the street.
