I have 4. Yes, it's worth the extra cost. My team's store sold them dirt cheap. The only regret I have is not buying more. And waking up 5 minutes late when all the away in my size were gone.

The only thing that is keeping me from ever adding Nashville Predators jerseys to my collection is the primary logo. Much prefer the 3D ("mustard cat") logo. Did not have an opportunity to get their Reverse Retro 2.0 jersey. If the 3D logo was their full time one, it would be much better. The side profile one to me feels dated and underwhelming. I know it was recolored from the inaugural season version. The road jersey is a bit better because at least there is contrast between the white base color and the yellow shoulder yokes and partial portion of the sleeves. Definitely good you picked up these on-ice Made in Canada versions if you really are into Nashville's current look. To answer your question, I do not have the budget that 90 to 99% of fans do, so the only way I could get my hands on two during this sale was using part of my Christmas bonus. And that was at the PSH gigantic discounts. I'm sure you would have considered paying full price for the Made in Canada jerseys even if you had access to team issued ones via teams offering them (which is very very few and far in between). They are 1000% worth getting if one is a collector like you and I truly are, but since the on-ice product is so expensive, we have to preplan and budget. I do not have to pay the insane added taxes, customs and shipping costs that you do, but even for you, it is worth the expense for long term collecting.

I have a couple of Sabres and a Bruins Made in Canada jerseys, they are absolutely worth the extra cost when you can find a good deal. The new fanatics ones are a bit too much for me, so I watch for good deals on adidas ones whenever I can.

There was no extra cost for me. The team store sold them at $100 a pop.

That is if he is willing to wait a while. Their turnover rate is long because they took on a high number of teams and do specialty jerseys.
