Please don't be mad at me 😂 When you started making the teabag shape, for a moment, I saw a tombstone, and after the ghost cube, I just wanted to share the idea of a ghoul, or a cryptid, zombie, or any other Halloween themed creature enclosed in a resin tombstone. I would make it as well, but I threw away my clays the other day, as they sat for years due to active but two-left-handed imagination 😅

I have a piece that I spray painted copper. Can I still do the same effect and if so what order do I apply the paint.

You can either start over and paint it black and then add the colors over. Or you start from the copper and add the patina and highlights. But you may not get the depth or definition of details without the black base coat under the copper and patina.

It is absolutely NOT SAFE to bake super glue. It makes cyanide and formaldehyde gas. It won't get you instantly or anything but its a really bad idea to do it over time as the gas is caustic and will burn your lungs on contact as the gas will turn back into superglue in your lungs.
