Joey is indeed an amazing drummer, and no one tried to claim he was the best, not that I've seen at least. You can say someone is good without claiming they're the best. His style fits slipknot's style perfectly.

joey lacks speed , stamina, techniques, creativity and experience ( at least ) that is why he is not as good as george, maybe the drums fit slipknot perfectly but slipknot after all is a nu metal band, a genre that what so ever don't require talent and years of hard work to play, he might be very good, possibly the best among the nu metal drummers but in the world of jazz/death metal(especially tech death) he doesn't impress anybody

Geez stop hating on drummers guys. Seriously. FYI Joey is fast as hell, considering that he's a pretty small made guy as well. He has maybe 2 solos he's ever done, and one of them is crap, I admit. But that's it. Just cuz he's not every other drummer out there recording solos and going all commercial doesn't mean he's not as good. He's an outstanding musician, in every possible way, as a drummer, guitarist, vocalist, producer and human being. Stop hating on good musicians. Geez.
