The second one makes me really glad I play YGO. In YGO the rules ae very explicitly clear about angleshooting and representing the gamestate; you cannot do anything that would mislead the opponent on the gamestate outside the game rules. Placing a creature next to your mana like that is incredibly misleading.

Personally this is where I stand on shuffling through mana weaving. I Do it after x or so games because the more you play the more you'll have 20 or 30 or so lands clumped up in the middle or bottom of the deck. So the point is to mix it up some clumping is fine but 20-30 or so turns befor I can start building mana to then start playing the just isn't fun or all that fair when you think about so. but that's just me. And just to be clear I do mana weaving then shuffle about 7-8 times befor I call it good I cut my own decks then offer it too my opponent. So personally I believe if the judge doesn't have a problem with it and the opponent doesn't have a problem with it I'm gonna do it.

Judges absolutely should take the discretion there. Because pointing at Teferi shows clear intent. If they pointed at the Teferi and I was judging that I would say "What is your intent regarding Teferi" And I would have the living end player announce why they are pointing at Teferi when they play subtlety. Because in my eyes, actively misleading your opponent in that way is lying, and lying about open information is against the rules.

I still remember shuffling my deck in a certain way because I knew my friends would always cut my deck in a certain way! Then claiming everytime that I believed in the Heart of the Cards!!!

The easiest way to solve this problem would be to just make mana weaving, before sufficiently shuffling or randomaizing, mandatory. Now everyone has to do it

the last guy didn't have a chance to draw a card before the shuffle happened so they should have caught that. I take your Batterskull, put it on the bottom, next turn equid, SHUFFLE, and swing to untap and play a card that should be in my deck.

It's not the foil that is curving, it's the paper that the foil is not attached to is what is shrinking. And it's shrinking due to dessication, aka drying out. So remoisturizing the card via humidification should do the trick. That means at whatever factory Wizards is using to make foils, they need to dry the cards out fully and then print the foils so later the cards won't dry out and curve afterward.

I hate Moxfield. I catch tonnes of people adding cards to decks, hands, graveyards, and shuffling when they shouldn't. They always say that they accidentally pressed a button, but they seem to always have the perfect card for each turn!
