This was my 1st video for stress relief a year & a half ago. Our adult son & girlfriend passed away. Long story. While my husband, who'd been ill with seizures & brain lesions for 9 years became terminally ill, passing just 15 months later. I still listen to it. It has gotten me through some hellish nights , along with prayer & scripture.

This is my favorite , I love the faint music in the background. Very calming effect . Concentrating on the music took me to the Forest high in the mountains of Oregon .
