This was my 1st video for stress relief a year & a half ago. Our adult son & girlfriend passed away. Long story. While my husband, who'd been ill with seizures & brain lesions for 9 years became terminally ill, passing just 15 months later. I still listen to it. It has gotten me through some hellish nights , along with prayer & scripture.

We had a rain storm with thunder, lightning and hail today in California in May! That's so rare! I wanted the rain to keep going so I've been playing this music all day as a perfect substitute. The sounds of the rain and the music is making my home so peaceful, so tranquil. It's just what I needed. I miss going backpacking, I haven't been in years, this is taking me to the mountains.
