Personally, I thought this was a waste of time watching. The video SHOULD HAVE shown the equipment in action as each described. I will look for other videos that actually show this equipment doing what its supposed to do.

What is the minimum flow rate required to operate this unit?
@DanuserCompany
@DanuserCompany 3 ай бұрын
We recommend 16 gallons per minute at 2,500 psi for the mixer to operate at its full capacity. It can run on less, but performance will be reduced.

And it goes without saying, but I will anyways, that a bigger machine and auger would do the job that much faster and easier.

Im running a DG3DSS Auger rated at 2829ft/lbs of torque... can i run the 16" or should i opt for the 10" instead?
@gdanuser
@gdanuser 6 ай бұрын
10" for use with 1,700 ft. lb. of torque. 16" for use with 3,000 ft. lb. of torque. You are close to the 3,000 mark. Might be ok with some woods and stall on others.

First use of my new Intimidator today! Grubbed up 12” cedar stumps that had been cut 1” above ground level with a chain saw last year. Worked very well! Next are thickets of of red sumac, hackberry, etc. I’m looking forward to pulling root structures to minimize regrowth of these brush species. My industrial brush cutter just makes them “mad” and leaves stubs to puncture equipment tires. Really impressed so far…glad I passed on the single-jaw designs of some tree pullers. The aggressive teeth all around the Danuser product really rips into the surrounding root mass when grubbing with the jaws closed. (A satisfied buyer in Texas)

Is this an attachment that goes on a post hole digger? Would this work on a Kubota SA35 post hole digger? If it does I can see it being an alternative to a stump grinder for someone with more time than money.

I have one of their post augers, I believe this is different. Mine doesn't have the torque, I've tried.
@gdanuser
@gdanuser Жыл бұрын
The SA35 has 2,732 ft. lb. of torque at 3,000 PSI. You can use the 10" but the 16" is too big for your auger drive. The Stump Auger is only in 2" hex.

Interesting video. So the A and C both use the exact same internal hydraulic unit they just wrap it up a bit differently. Is that the same with yours? Because outside of adding more weight to the attachment I don't see how you make a nitrogen charged accumulator drive with more force by just adding additional steel to the attachment. Smart casting a driving head that actually fits the dumb railroad ties though👍 unfortunately as a professional fence contractor that knows alot of other professional ag fence contractors across the nation. I dont know a single one that builds with railroad ties (creosote seepage into ground water is a real thing) also the places in the country that still use railroad ties (or wood posts in general) for fences usually have a pretty high grass fire chance. And man let me tell you the hardest conversation you will ever have is with a rancher that lost everything to a wildfire but somehow saved their cattle but now has no fences around his pastures and he's looking at hundreds of thousands of dollars to replace miles of fences that have burnt posts laying on the ground.. I really wish between the companies someone would stop beating the dead horse that is hydraulic breaker drivers and make a good drop weight style driver here in the States so we don't have to import them from Britain and New Zealand 🙄
@gdanuser
@gdanuser Жыл бұрын
Our power cell and driving tools have been redesigned by our engineers to address issues others have. The additional weight kit and how we balance our machine to the vehicle, does make a tremendous difference. As a jack hammer style driver is firing very quickly, the attachment wants to "bouce" up and down. By utilizing the weight kit and the weight placement of the driver to the vehicle, we minimize the "bouncing" and drives the posts in the ground quicker than others. Our Hammer drop hammer driver changed the post driving game years ago. These jack hammer style machines seemed to be what other manufacturers are going to to compete with our Hammer Post Driver. I'm curious, what brands are you importing from Britian and New Zealand?

If you all doing commercial fence quality you must have a guy on the ground the clock should start at the time the ground guy pick up the post and place in position not just driving post to be fear to competition.

Been putting in 100+ posts a day the last few weeks. Has worked flawlessly for 2 years and thousands of posts with the exception of user error to begin with. All posts going into Western KS chalk/shale drought stricken ground. Does everything it's asked of. The ability to to it all, one person, is the best option! Toby at Beaver Valley can attest to the conditions it's used in. It doesn't have an easy life. I did break a safety shield at the top of the unit yesterday. But if that's the only issue it's had, of call this one of the best purchases we've ever made! Maybe down the road we will upgrade to this new unit! Kudos to Danuser and Glen on building a revolutionary product!
