The Constitutional way is for an Assembly that has a platform that the majority will agree with, and become an overwhelming political 3rd Party backed by it's votes and the political will to destroy all enemies. I consider myself a citizen of the world, though I live in 'america' (USA). From very young age I have been aware of how much the indigenous american peoples have influenced the making of the USA government system. Unfortunately, the historical texts and such in schools say that the 'founding fathers' we're actually being influenced by ancient European peoples. All, I have heard here is so true! The USA leadership has betrayed the truth and democracy. I saw it when a young child in the current ways of the leaders. I was called a 'dreamer' by a leader of a native tribe when I was only 6yrs old on the day of the 1st moon landing. I had told the eldest that she was going to be 1st female native ordained presbyterian. She asked her mother how I could know about her dream. Her mother said anyone from any people can be a dreamer. I saw/knew how the USA leadership was leading the world into a time where nature would be rebelling and taking back it's power in a very destructive way. At age 17 as I stood at the conjunction of water, land and sky, I saw that though mankind may believe it can control nature, it never truly will. As the world was around long before and will exist long after man disappears. I still consider it a perfect moment of time out of time. It was a beautiful moment! I am closest to myself when I am connected to the true world, I.e. Nature. Not, the man made world. I never could comprehend how anything in nature, especially land, could be "owned". Since in all 'religions' the world was created 1st, then plants, animals and then last man. I told a Buddhist monk (6 yrs old), that all religions have exact same truths and exact same lies. And the major same truth is that their way is only way. My father was a Christian leader and raised us that the Christian faith did major damage to the indigenous people. That greed of power manifests in many ways. I have always believed that the us constitution is how the great creator wants humans to live. Especially the "Bill of Rights". Which is why I swore the us military enlisted oath straight to that contract when I was 6. I still live that oath. And am of course still a dreamer.

The laws of nature are not being respected, Men are trying to manipulate our weather, Playing God. Poisoning the Earth making Animals and the People ill. They won't come out the winner's in this situation, they are feeding a void.. It's impossible to feed greed. Respect to this Wise Man i could listen to him speak with for ever and a day. Thank You ☘

Have to create a different legal view of it. A 'person' signifies human. You can't make a forest or river or dog or cat or tiger fit the definition of a person/a human being. But keep at it. In the last one or two decades have you notice animal rights protection laws increase? So shall the rights of nature, generally, and specifically regarding rivers, forests, etc. It's a no-brainer logical progression of human beings becoming more aware and adept at living in their big environment called Earth.

It's so good to hear John's words. He used to come through my neck of the woods quite often and give talks and poetry readings. He was a truly deep thinker.
