I purchased a K20 module to upgrade my Ortur LM2 Pro S2 5.5W 24V. The cable supplied from Lasertree has a 3 pin male plug, to plug into the Orator. The Orator has a 6 pin female plug. do you have different cable that will fit the Orator.

Amazing work!! Do you plan to make a "free-files" and "shop files" part on your website? I know there are many sites that do that already, but none of them are yours - do you know what I mean? It would be another "service" provided by you guys - who has a lot of credibility already. Just an idea..

Thank you very much for the useful Video. I got the same. However, I have an issue that I can not figure out. I hope you might be able to help. I can not turn off the travel lines between shapes. For example, It burns between letters in a name. I checked everything I was able to find which basically entered $32=1, and $30 =1000 in Lightburn consol. That did not work. Are there any tips that you could help with? Thanks in advance.

I got one similar to this. It seems you definitely still need laser glasses as the safety acrylic on the laser is not close enough to the material when at the correct focal range. Do you find that also?

Amazing! Can you tell us what speed and power you engraved? Once I tried to engrave on silver, didn't work well 😅

Thanks for your comment! 😊 In the video, It engraved on stainless steel. Unfortunately, blue lasers don't work well on metals with high thermal conductivity, like gold, silver, or aluminum, because the energy isn't absorbed effectively. For silver engraving, a red laser module would be a better choice!

There's a very large spot size of 0.15x0.12 and that's at 20 watts. Engraving with such a spot size is not realistic - the result will be of poor quality

@@Lasertree my point is: naming this module as 40w is a shady tactics that should be confined to lesser brands. You are a respectful brand. Please do not name your devices in this manner in the future. It only looks bad from the client point of view. When I bought it there were several other lasers on the same AliExpress page to select from. I wrongly thought that the 5w of the description was for another module available as the name clearly says "40w". The same issue happens with the LT-80W... It is not 80w of optical power ..... Even though it is the rated consumption power this is a misleading name for the module.
