Oh my gosh this is so impressive! It must become a cathegory: we have to bring glory to kfl speedrunning! I attempted Cement Summit Arch mouth skip but i can't get to the goal room, do you have to get high enough with sword or do you have to get in a certain spot...? Anyway, impressive.

It's a really specific glitch that requires hitting an extremely precise seam above the camera. It's explained a bit more in the game corruption/nan glitch entry on this glitch document: docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1DqxjVarwGdXS3uenPBrGWthuXmU-6ZJb1K1UQxTmZKQ/edit?usp=sharing However I also definitely need to make a tutorial for it which I will try to get done soon. Despite how it sounds the trick isn't that horrible to do and it's probably only the second most difficult skip in the run behind roller coaster skip.

Unfortunately for some reason they decided to lower the void out ceiling in 1.0.1, so this doesn't work the same on 1.0.

Not that I know of unfortunately, if you look up a tutorial for leongar skip, that should teach you how to do a hammer super jump.

It's called a hammer super jump or hsj for short. You need to float until kirby becomes tired, swing the hammer and bounce off the ground, and time a float input a few frames after you bounce off the ground. If you press float to early nothing will happen, and if you press it too late, you won't get as much height. Hope this helps!

It’s so incredibly cool that you can glitch the World Map at all in this game! And I think it shows that this game still has a lot of potential for new glitch discoveries. This glitch is so simple (it’s literally just killing 2P in Waddle Dee Town and going to the world map) yet was only found over 2 years after the game came out. I really hope to see more glitch discoveries for this game, even if they don’t turn out to be usable or viable for Speedrunning or Challenges, because they are just so fascinating and interesting to learn about.

They are playing this on an emulator (im assuming on pc) that lets you modify some aspects of the game. This is not possible on an actual switch unless you hack the switch itself
