Glitching Player 2 onto the World Map in Kirby and the Forgotten Land

It’s so incredibly cool that you can glitch the World Map at all in this game! And I think it shows that this game still has a lot of potential for new glitch discoveries. This glitch is so simple (it’s literally just killing 2P in Waddle Dee Town and going to the world map) yet was only found over 2 years after the game came out. I really hope to see more glitch discoveries for this game, even if they don’t turn out to be usable or viable for Speedrunning or Challenges, because they are just so fascinating and interesting to learn about.

For the glitch at 11:08, I'd just like to imagine Bandana Dee did so bad at his café job that the manager ended up... ..."taking care" of him. (great vid btw, everything I see of this game convinces me more and more its held together by only glue)

Man I love this glitch, thank you so much for finding and sharing it! I loved messing around with Bandana Dee in both the map areas ^o^ Now the rest of KZbin can enjoy this discovery

I used adobe premiere, if you're looking for a free option, I used to use vsdc video editor.

I’m having trouble getting the hammer glitch to work

It's called a hammer super jump or hsj for short. You need to float until kirby becomes tired, swing the hammer and bounce off the ground, and time a float input a few frames after you bounce off the ground. If you press float to early nothing will happen, and if you press it too late, you won't get as much height. Hope this helps!

No, also, the hammer glitch is easy

Not that I know of unfortunately, if you look up a tutorial for leongar skip, that should teach you how to do a hammer super jump.
