Shame that the tape cut off nine minutes before Dan said goodbye to his WMCA audience, but still great to hear part of Triple D’s last Good Guy show, although the station was just hanging on as a hybrid with the hits and the heavies, lol. But Dandy Dan was a pro till the end. Love you all, especially you Size nine. 😅

The Point was my prog rock getaway at USF on Sundays in 1992. Heard Tool on 98 Rock for the first time in 1992. The Power PIG was the Power 96 of Tampa Bay. So good.

Thanks for loading that!! I've first heard that on that Real Radio website!! One of my favorites!!
The famous JoJo Kincaid of WVBF Boston, and San Diego (KHTS, I think), Los Angeles (K-Earth), KSLQ St. Louis afternoon jock, voiced the "Rockin-Rockin-Rockin ROLLLLLL" drop. Jon's Warp 9 delivery was what management wanted! He followed Big Ron Obrien at WOKY.

My mom and dad's wedding song.❤❤❤ She was the greatest woman I will ever know and I want to be just like her. She was 45 when she died and I'm 44 now and not a day passes that I don't miss her. I love this beautiful song. I love you, mom and I will see you when I get home.

My favorite station of all time !! 🥰🥰We would race into the record department of our fave dept store, to get the weeks TOp 40 lisT ( or however many it was). i also, at age 11 had the big thrill of winning a JB 105 FRISBEE 😄 i was screaming like a nut like I'd hit powerball , the deejay was laughing ( sounded a bit scared too ha ha😆) ! Time to go pick up my much coveted frisbee. I flat out refused to go get it when i realized i had to go in an elevator , which i deplored for many yrs. Picture this charming scenario , if you will😂... JB 105 at least in 1975 was in the federal bldg downtown. My mom ( all 4 of us kids went in) tryna to get me into the elevator .I held onto a mailbox for dear life with both hands! My mom, who didn't want to have gone there in vain ,was pullin me by my feet ,😂 i was in horizontal. position , parallel to floor. yellin ,*NO waY am i getting in that elevator!!😒! * Finally, we did the easiest thing possible Sent my twin sister up in my place! boy was i relieved ... once they put the glass Elevator in Biltmore in 1980 i blv , i went on it and got over my elevator horrors😤! I loved jb1o5 , pro fm , then Kiss 108 at age 15+ , then kix 106 ( hot 106) but justas much, i loved my 2 fave AM stations PrO am and WgNG 🙂💓✨🌠! i hope i can find some more of these 🙂 pS does any 1 RECALL "" Day off with Pay off"" contest ? 😃⁉️📻🎵
