May 1975, great music. I was a Corporal on Okinawa. By May 1975, the Marine Corps lost over 20 Marines, in 2 Operations. April 1975, 2 Embassy Marines were killed during a firefight at Tan Son Nhut AFB outside of Saigon during the Evacuation of Saigon. May 1975, 20 Marines from 2nd Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment were killed during the Mayaguez Incident Recovery on Koh Tang Island Cambodia. Sad time in the United States Marine Corps. I was only two when this clip aired, and it sounds FAR OUT! The 1970's had some great music, and my favorite genre will ALWAYS be Disco! Although my family mostly listened to WTMP-AM 1150 (Soul/Disco) and WLCY-AM 1380 (Top 40) during the decade, we'd sometimes flip to FM for Q105!
