its good you realized whats important in your life. some people well a lot of people dont and they just keep living everyday in the rat race of a society. i always say to people in japan to try to live or visit out of the country. see how life is different. its not better but its different. its like if you live and eat rice everyday, you gotta try eating bread once in awhile. you may appreciate it in a different way or see things differently.

I have thought about a long distance relationship, but for now I tend to focus on my own time and work. Of course, there are times when I feel lonely, but I try to use that time for self-improvement and hobbies.

To my understanding there are alot of single elderlies in Japan that needs to be checked on, are there resources for them? Living single needs a strong mentality to go on. Your lifestyle seems peaceful.👍😌

In Japan, support for older single people is gradually improving. It certainly feels like you need strong mental strength to live as a single person, but I think it's important to enjoy life in your own way. I try to cherish peaceful and calm days and live at my own pace. I hope you too will cherish each day at your own pace.

I loved all the new shots in this video. Its very interesting seeing you doing something you always do but from a different angle. I also got a similar piece of advice from my teacher about changing one thing in your day to make your life interesting. Also I think that you should share some of the photos you take on your Instagram. As always great video. Keep up the good work!

Etc, es lo importante (para nuestra estabilidad) Siempre habrá momentos duros (eso viene solo), pero tenemos que intentar llevarlos lo mejor posible. Pero también hay momentos buenos (aprovechemos, disfrutemos, recordemos), esos momentos hay que guardarlos en nuestro corazón. I am so happy that you have been feeling more positive lately. I think it is visible in your videos because the tone seems lighter than it used to be. I also think that you should look into meditation because it is very relaxing while feeling good to do and doesn't require outside stimulation.
