This video really resonated with me. I also have social anxiety and have trouble connecting with people and just interacting in a social setting in general. I also completely agree that mornings are really important because they determine how the rest of the day is going to be. One piece of advice I have to stop checking your phone is to put color filters on it, so that it is less stimulating for your mind and putting it a bit farther away from you when you go to sleep so you are less tempted to check on it. I also spend too much time on social media and stay up late because of it (I am watching this around 12 Am my time). Anyways great video. Keep up the good work!!

Finances are rough, almost ended up homeless this month because. My lease expired but no one around me was offering housing, we got into a small place but it's stressful. Sending you good energy and best wishes hopefully things ease up on you.

In philippines we got 30,000¥ a month minus tax about 23k yen only stay positive salary dont go up just bills planning to work in japan soon

A hobby I didn't mention in the video is reading. I especially like fiction and self-help books, and I read them whenever I have time. Reading is a valuable hobby that allows me to relax and at the same time gain new knowledge and perspectives. One day, I'd like to share my thoughts on the books I've read and books I recommend in a video.
