Mini fridge would be useful in the warmer parts of China. We have an electric cool box in the back of the car, and in warmer weather we use it keep meat when we come back from the market, and chilled goods we buy from the supermarket. Especially useful if we are not going straight home after shopping. A built in fridge would save us having to carry the extra bulk of the chiller box. Even without the fridge, that space under the hood would be the perfect place to stash tools, warning triangle, and the other car stuff that needs to be carried, but usually gets in the way.

Everything in that car uses electricity (seat a/c, massage, position, TV, sun roof, etc) which means that your autonomy will be greatly reduced if your kids or guest are actively playing with all the switches!!

@@_ShaDynasty Only about 5-10% of the electrolyte is made of liquid. Simply put, it's a gel. This increases the stability, so it's good to do cell-to-pack. L6 uses a high-density anode material that contains more than 90% nickel, but cell-to-pack is generally not possible.

As an ET7 owner, I would recommend to do battery swap if travel on long trip. It will be a waste of money to buy Nio cars and don't do battery swap.

I test drove this in Shanghai. Car is nuts! I’m grabbing one this year. Alphard is kind of a joke now with this thing out on the market. My friend has told me to consider a model X but honestly not even close to the same level of comfort. We are gonna get a generator and hook up an Xbox for those long road trips. Car has a life time warranty on battery and can output 180 watts from the 12v outlet in the back. It’s not a cheap vehicle but it is cheap compared to anything like it on the market. And the table in the back is super nice, btw. Very weighty and solid with a beautiful chrome finish. My one complaint is that the blue and white is the best looking interior but I know my kids are gonna make a mess of it.

Previous Alphard owner here. Totally agree - this thing makes the Alphard look pedestrian in comparison! If the NVH and ride is anywhere near Alphard (which I’m presuming it’s at least almost as good) then I’m getting one in Q3
