I use the same method as a pizzeria .. the oven. Preheat your oven with a sheet pan or baking steel in the oven. When the oven preheats give it 5 more minutes then put the pizza directly on the sheet pan or steel. The bottom will crisp and the pizza will reheat in 3-5 minutes. I buy whole Sicilian pies and freeze these slices as my emergency pizza and use this method to reheat.

That guy is the only one that knows how to make pizza there. And you can only eat that **** when it's flaming hot. But that white pie. is even better. Cold. when the crust is so nice and crunchy and not. too much . ricotta. And the regular slice has to be eaten flaming hot out of the oven. Once they deliver that to the house, it's rubber.

It's an old school crust, reminds me of Juliana's. I think it's over-topped but people like all that cheese. Definitely needs to be eaten quickly. I don't really like cold pizza.

I've never had anything like that in all my years on this planet and I wish I had a slice of that for my dinner. That's probably why I like Calzones as they are loaded with some of my best Italian goodies. I've had 3 toppings on a pizza a few times but never like that one.

She uses dough from a local pizzeria, gas home oven, it could be different, but I liked how thin the dough was. I've had potato and olives in a tuna salad once.

It already comes soaked with olive oil. It's actually a good bread base. More flavor than you would think.

I like to take the initial frost off of the pizza in a microwave oven and than transfer it to a hot buttered fry -pan and let it cook a bit until it looks done. The oven takes too long when I'm starved and the microwave doesn't crisp-it-up like it just came out of a coal fired pizza oven. Again Antonio, have a great NEW YEAR.

It depends on whether you reheat the steel beforehand. I just turn it over and judge the color and crisp.

Put a light coating of olive oil in the pan. Thats how my Mom use to crisp up an L&B square slice for my Father.

my homemade pizza leftovers goes from frozen to microwave defrost to Foreman Grill. Comes out really good, a little squished but that makes it its own thing.

The older the pizza from Krispy Pizza is the better it is, now they got their kids involved doing all this new stuff and they still can't even get the new stuff down right! You should watch them it's hilarious I would never reveal how good or bad I am on camera unless I know nobody's better than me that's how funny it is, it probably was best when their father owned it and they just had plain pizza and Sicilian

Say what you want, but those new pies sell well. I personally don't really put anything on my pizza, no ricotta, that is for sure. But occasionally I'll do pepperoni and take some off the slice if there's too much.

You should think about expanding your channel to review Heroes, Pastas, and Sangweeches at the best pizzerias and delis in NYC/NJ/CT. Start with DeFonte's in Brooklyn, G&R Deli in the Bronx (How You Doing'), and Mama Too in the City. You can call it #BeyondPizzas in the Go or #GoingGavone. HaHa

I think their best slices are their Grandma and Fresh Mozzarella (Margherita). I love the tomato sauce on those slices. Their soups are great. I’ve been eating at this Krispy location for over eighteen years.

I grew up in Bensonhurst and so I just used to go to DaVinci and L&B. Krispy pizza is mostly great, I used to go to Pizza Wagon too a lot because I was in Bay Ridge more than Dyker Heights.
