That's high praise comparing it to L'Industrie, but it looked amazing!

It reminded me of the old school Brooklyn slices I had growing up there. They market themselves as Brooklyn style and it's aptly named. The staff was very tightly knit and they have a passion for the craft. Sometimes, that's all that matters.

Now that looks like a very satisfying pizza. Sometimes the ‘more is more’ approach is just fine. I really like the look of that crust and I can tell just looking at the sauce and cheese that even with both of those ingredients being heavily applied ,they’re still well-balanced. If that place was in my neighborhood, I’d probably be putting on plenty of weight in a hurry.

Fasting is the key. Or eating light. I had nothing but bananas since my last meal yesterday, for about 24 hours, no food, and a few bananas and some almonds. I agree, this was one of those kitchen sink, making a statement pizzas. And it was quality, unlike many of those big cheesy, greasy pies you find on the Jersey shore boardwalks. Very tightly knit staff I should add. I recommend following them on Instagram.

Antonio, I am a long time viewer, but seldomly leave a message. I've always loved your content. Although I miss the opening drone (City) footage of some of your earlier videos from years ago; to nitpick a little bit. Looked like a couple great slices. I'm over in fly over country so I'm quite jealous lol. Keep up the good work, looking forward to your next video!

Nice to hear from you. I have been trying to keep the videos shorter and to the point and so I no longer focus on the cinematic aspect of the videos. A lot of my viewers kept asking me to just get to the point and focus on the pizza. I admit, I miss the cinematography. I loved making films along with the pizza reviews.

OMG and I can see the steam I love a nice hot slice. I'll take two slices please. Antonio It is true when you eat a plain slice you can really tell how good it is. I remember this slice shop the slice was eatable but I had to drown it with oregano and garlic powder.
@pizzareviewsonthego2 ай бұрын
Ehh, that was the case here. Little to no oregano, just cheese, sauce and bread. And it delivered. They say the oregano was added to NY style pizza because the Italians didn't like the tomatoes here in the U.S. And so they had to dress it up with spices. Of course a lot has changed since then.

You're getting closer to the pizza that I would call the HOLY GRAIL, Antonio. That pie isn't cheap and neither is the ingredients and knowledge it took to put that diamond in the rough together. We need 3-D Smell-o-vision for us unfortunate people who can only look and drool at that perfect crust and that volcanic oozing tomato red sauce and flowing melted cheese...OOOH WHEE ! Seeing where that beauty was created only proves what I've been seeing all along is the location where it was made. Yes, another New Jersey Pie gets the gold like in the Culinary Olympics. Man, I really love seeing you savoring a great looking and tasting medal winning pizza. Chow !

That regular looked delicious. There are times I do like a regular with that much cheese on it especially if the crust is well made. would have never known a place like that thanks for the review will definitely seek out if in New Jersey.

@pizzareviewsonthego2 ай бұрын
Thanks RBI. I somewhat agree, like I mentioned in the video, they could've scaled it back on the cheese a bit. But as long as nothing slides off and the crust can hold it, I don't mind. I think that ninja turtle cheese pull gives off a bad impression, but the taste was great.

@@Funkylover-sl7ew Manhattan has great spots but more sparse in between, there's a lot of bad pizza there too. Brooklyn is definitely the pizza mecca and it gets better as you move up to Queens, and also toward Staten Island and East Jersey.
