I saw proficient Judoka and BJJ doing sparring. When they started at standing position, The BJJ had no chance getting Judoka down, NO chance at all. He was thrown like ragdoll. But once they started on ground BJJ dominated all day. From this I gathered that Judo and BJJ together make perfect combination.

Yeah, may want to check your frame rate export settings vs. the frame rate the clip was recorded at and make sure they’re matched. And be sure it’s exported as a constant frame rate and not variable. It also may be that the bitrate is too high… Either way, i think this concept is rad and will definitely be working while this is playing in the background
