Absolutely delicious how have I never had this before. Just made it for the first time. I was looking for a recipe for something like lemon bars as I had been given a bag of them. I didn’t want it too tangy as I have issues with acid levels in food. Will definitely be making it again. It is tangy but not too tangy and sweet but not too sweet. Mmmm goldilocks slice 😊

what ripeness of jackfruit did you use? I have a jackfruit tree in my yard and I never know when to pick them
