What servo horn is that? I bought one of these for my DBXL-E 2.0 which is 15T and this servo is 15T but it doesn't fit.

What tires are you running on your 5t? I priced tires and it seems hpi baja 5 tires are alot cheaper will the hpi tires fit the 5t rims? Anyone have experience with 5t tires?

Wow about what I thought close race electric is definitely made the gap, I had a t maxx 3.3 and wondered if the the gas was any faster, I now own an 8s x maxx and love it nothing against the gas but the quiet is nice and the 0 tuning issues is definitely a plus and nitro tank vs battery time is about the same I’m sold on electric now days there just so even anymore and there’s no tuning, both amazing cars though

Losi 5t is Gasoline and 2 cycle oil. Not nitro. Just incase i understood your comparison correctly. It's probably twice the weight and has 4 times the torque.

The losing 5t is way over priced buy the rovan 36 5t an you get everything with it I have a rovan with a 45 cc

I know there isn't a direct method of testing how much load it can handle but by chance do you know how much it could theoretically lift? I'm trying to find a good servo for a robotic arm but the few servos I've tried can't even lift it haha

So here is the issue if a servo is rated at 60 KG that means it can theoretically lift 60 kg 1 cm away from the pivot axis meaning if you had a servo arm on it and you hooked up a cable 1 cm from the servo shaft he could leave 60 kg it diminishes the farther out you go so if you had a robotic arm say 5 inches long you wouldn’t be able to lift much weight with the arm because your fulcrum point is so far away

@@LargeeeScaleLife yeah I see what your saying. I hope I can find a servo that would work for my project. I'd have to do alot more work using stepper motors but I know those tend to be a bit stronger
