listening to this gives me back chills what ive seen my parents have gone thru. We have been going on a family trip *mom,dad,2 sisters and me* in GERMANY! so we were going with a plane from chicago in germany and its not a plane crash. When we landed, we got a car and we have just arrived at autobahn in germany. There it occured. As everyone knows for the RS6 crash... it was similar to the RS6. at the 120M/PH they rammed a car. i screamed *WHAT WAS THAT?!* and thn i just woke up in hospital. They told me that my mom and father did not survive. And thats where my depression starts. TY for reading!

@@bigdawg12z Oh yeah, peak visuals for sure. Probably my favorite Zelda boss period. But the music to it was some of the most uninspired in the game and I’m genuinely surprised it was allowed into a Nintendo AAA release. To follow THIS up with a theme that doesn’t have ANYTHING going on other than the main theme and a few references (not to mention incredibly basic composition techniques) is just utterly baffling and actively takes away from my enjoyment of TotK. TotK is probably my favorite gaming experience to date, but comparing a lot of its themes, (outside of the main 4 temples/bosses including Hyrule Castle and Gloom’s Lair) I’ve concluded that it’s not even in the same league as most of Nintendos offerings (Xenoblade Chronicles, Paper Mario, Mario in General, Fucking All of the Mainline Zelda Games, I could go on) in terms of solo work and complexity. (Once again, accept for boss and temple themes). I’m not saying EVERY song they make needs to have a God-like solo, but I’d like them to at least TRY like they have for 38 years. (TotK had more interesting orchestration during one of its OWN boss fights, so that should say a lot) And I’m not even saying ambient themes aren’t good, Hell, the memory theme “Father and Daughter” and the original Mount Hylia theme are some of the best themes in Zelda Histroy. But compared to what BotW had to offer 7 YEARS AGO, I was unpleasantly surprised by how… lifeless the Demon Dragon and a lot of other major and minor themes really felt for a game that was full of amazing music. I doubt it had to do with the size of the team. Zelda’s been having small composition teams for years, and I doubt this was the time where they finally had a drop in quality. I think it may have been a lack of passion. People usually write solos like this for a passion of playing or a passion of the project. The closest we got to this was War in the Depths of Hyrule, The Demon Dragon is Destroyed, and To Her Hand, and even then, two of those are shorter than a minute.

And the sequel robbed us of our potential sequel to this masterpiece. Just think about that for a minute. The multi-trillion dollar company couldn’t put enough effort in to make another masterpiece of a track like this. It’s a shame.

The feeling of playing the game for well over 100 hours to get to this final point, this final fight and the orchestra swells the pianist goes HAM. Then 5:07 you leap off your horse to shoot that final shot. One of my top gaming moments.
