Dr Ericas KZbin came on my feed when I was giving up, and she spoke about the meaning of 'Standers Oasis'. Lo and behold I was also in need of those words. When I wanted to quit, asking God why I had to pray for the salvation of my man, why I couldn't get a ready made man of God. God asked me if my grandfather was an upstanding Christian? Then He asked if my father the man I loved more than anything was an upstanding man of God? And then God said so what you are asking for had never been in your family line? If you don't do this your daughter will go through this as well as generations to come. That was enough to keep me on my standing journey.

Im in my early 40s waiting on God for my husband coz he promised me. It's not a weight on me coz i know God has my back. The only difference is that i have a son. It was this year that i realised that all along, i was not ready for marriage coz i hadn't healed. God knew i was still broken. I'm glad I've been single for all this time.
