@@_rajgauravmail_ Man reality depends upon the hardwork. Yeah if you are from a low level college you gotta work hard, you can't expect to live like a bollywood MC and then get good opportunities. Those who work hard can make it through any situation. Yes, there are some dirty policies by some pvt college that hampers someone's hardwork too but we still got to fight till we reach our dreams/ ambitions/ goals. For people from good colleges and govt colleges it may take 2 years with no extra headache but for a normal college student it may take 6 or more years to reach that height. But ultimately the lessons gained in the journey will be in the hand of the later. And pls stop leveling colleges man....India's entrances are fked up from the core. So many students and the selection rate is so low....each year 40% students increases but seats are still the same. I have seen peoples who almost failed 12th boards, forget about JEE, but their domain knowledge on coding was so great that they cracked good placements easily. Everything depends on passion man...not being able to get into good govt college doesn't mean you ain't eligible for engineering. Also taking a Engineering college by listening to your family doesn't mean you are up for that field. We have to know our passion first. (Also I didn't intended to criticize JEE..... actually it checks accuracy and speed and other aptitudes needed for engineering....but again, you can build those aptitude, accuracy and other stuffs by giving some extra time to your studies in college instead of partying. I have friends who couldn't solve JEE level questions at all but now they speed running Leetcode and Gate aptitude questions)

@@grcreed5480 bhai good to see you think hard work is imp but trust me i have 3 years of exp and i have taken interviews i have made a good place for myself but the problem is you live in this world where your resume wont even be considered. There are system in place which will reject your resume based on your college name. HRs will tell you in the last round of interview after you have cleared 8 tech rounds that they wont hire from a tier3 college. The problem is the theoritical world and practical world are different. I was lucky enough to land a job from which i was able to move up a career ladder and lucky enough few things fell in my lap not everyone is

@@_rajgauravmail_ yeah That's very true...but man this is India. These logicless things will never stop here and we have to survive through it...by not giving up and fighting till the end. I know how market condition is now and that a good college tag matters very much in our "country". I think students from all over the country who are in low tier colleges should think twice before taking admission. They had to fix it in their mind that they gotta work hard (not sacrificing their passion /extracurriculars) and do smart work as well. Also things like building network in LinkedIn and making skills to such levels where they can apply for different companies non stop without fixated with minimal options. Also the art of freelancing is very crucial in this market. I very much agree with what you said just now. Indeed things like this happens and it dims our hope but you need to be prepared for worst cases. Like you said, after applying for 20 companies you may land a job at the 20th one with a good hike but failing the first 19 companies may make you feel useless but think of it as a canon event that was bound to happen for you to get the good fruit of your work. Honestly brother, those who loves their work will definitely do something on that field no matter what fate puts infront but those who are doing it on a whim or no with care might face consequences Hence planning before getting into it is very much needed.
