But they cant because they are broke. Love these backpackers who travel around the world full irresponsible with like 100 Euros in their pocket. Then they got robbed in some chep but skechy place and beg for money on tiktok because they cant get home :D If you are broke dont travel.

As we mentioned, we do go out to eat almost every day, usually at locally owned shops (which have the best food!), but convenience store food is often half the price of other restaurants, especially in more touristy areas. Thank you for watching!

Compromising on ones diet to stretch the ability to travel longer is unhealthy. If unable to work remotely so you can eat healthy, consider going back to work for a few more years before hitting the road again. Thank you for watching! While our diet certainly isn't as healthy as it could be, Our main point is that you don't have to eat every meal at a nice café while traveling. It's okay to get food from the convenience store for half the price. Remote work is certainly a good thing to have not always necessary if you save and stick to a budget. Thank you for your advice though!

Go to the Thai Red Cross Society in Bangkok. They are professional and prices are affordable. I got my yellow fever shot there before Africa trip. It seems especiailly foreign men visiting BKK must have forgotten to get their yellow fever shots........

You are going to get sick. They don’t change *the filters. The only two brands that came back cleaner than tap water on the spectrometer in Thailand is Crystal and 7-11 brand
